“Everything can be taken from a [hu]man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one’s attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one’s own way.”

A Bit About Psychology

Psychology is both a science and a profession, devoted to understanding how people think, feel, behave and learn.  Psychologists help people live happier, healthier and more productive lives.

In order to practice as a Psychologist in Australia a minimum six-year sequence of education and training in psychology is required.
Through the use of various collaborative treatment methods clients develop life-changing habits to help them cope with all of life’s various challenges. Therapy sessions are designed to address personal issues and provide clients with effective tools to help them reduce distress and regain a sense of control in their life.
